CHINA CHONGQING INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS INCUBATOR

重庆高技术创业中心成立于1988年，是中国最早的一批国家级高新技术创业服务中心，经原国家科委及联合国开发计划署（UNDP）共同认定为中国首批三家国际企业孵化器之一，系重庆市科技孵化服务行业的领头羊。

Established in 1988, Chongqing Hi-tech Incubation Center used to be one of the first batch of pioneers among the centers in the hi-tech incubation service at the state level in China and is one of the earliest three international enterprise incubators certified by the former State’s Commission of Science and Technology and the UN’s Development Program (UNDP). It also the leader in the service industry of technical incubations in Chongqing.

重庆高技术创业中心承担了西部科技攻关计划项目“重庆科技孵化创新示范体系”和火炬计划项目“重庆创业资讯共享平台”（www.cqibi.cn）等的建设，发起成立了重庆大学生创业孵化基地、重庆孵化器协会、重庆市高新技术企业协会、重庆市发明协会、重庆市创新方法研究会，与联合国CONDUIT基金联合建立了新能源孵化中心，创办了《重庆创业》杂志。重庆市对外科技交流中心和中俄国际科技合作基地办公室也设在重庆高技术创业中心。

Chongqing Hi-Tech Incubation Center (CHIC) has undertaken the key projects for developments of science & technology in the western region of China entitled “Chongqing’s Innovation & Demonstration System of Science and Technology Incubations” and “Chongqing’s Venture Information-Sharing Platform” (www.cqibi.cn), etc. In addition, CHIC initiated the establishment of Chongqing Incubation Base for Undergraduates’ Entrepreneurship, Chongqing Incubator Association, Chongqing Association of Hi-Tech Enterprises, Chongqing Invention Association, and Chongqing Study of Innovation Methods. It has as well established the Incubation Center of New Energy together with UN’s CONDUIT Foundation and published the journal of “Venture in Chongqing.” Moreover, the office of Chongqing International Science and Technology Exchange Center, Cooperation Base for Sino-Russian International Cooperation in Science and Technology are also located in CHIC.

目前，中心有在孵企业280余家。累计孵化企业达600余家，毕业企业300余家。中心对外提供法人代理、市场拓展、投融资、创业导师、人才培训、商务策划等多项服务。 中心在重庆两江新区、石桥铺、北碚建有15万平方米创业孵化园。

At present,where about 280 enterprises are being incubated. More than 600 enterprises were incubated, graduated 300 enterprises. It also provides clients with such services as legal agents, market developments, investments and finances, incubation mentors, manpower trainings, and business plans.CHIC have built the incubation park of 150,000 square meters in Chongqing Liang Jiang New Area,Chongqing Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone,Chongqing Beibei .
